What’s your return policy?
Please reported any order issues to info@cottin.co within 14 business days from its delivery date. We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products.
We want every Cottin experience to be one that you treasure. If a product doesn’t work for you, email us at info@cottin.co within 14 days of delivery with your choice of either a refund or exchange, this applies for USA orders ONLY. At this time we do not accept any international returns.
Once the package is confirmed, we will be processing your order.
Please note that any additional shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless there was an error on our end.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Once it ships, a confirmation email containing your parcel's tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.
Standard shipping: Est. 3-5 business days for USA orders
Expedited shipping: Est. 1-3 business days for USA orders
International orders take 6-14 business days after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Are your products recyclable?
We use recyclable PP plastic bottle; you don't have to remove the stickers or glue when recycling our products since we use a safe, non-toxic adhesive that can be recycled with each product. Our shipping cartons and postcards are 100% recyclable!

We don’t take shortcuts or compromise our ingredients to save money. Our products are designed, developed, tested, and made in the United States.
